2013年3月豊田合成㈱の南米（ブラジル）進出に伴い、資本参加すると共に出向者1名、転籍者6名を投入し、2014年11月生産開始。

March 2013 Following the expansion of Toyoda Gosei Corporation into South America (Brazil) then starting production in November 2014.
Then we participated one manager and six transferred persons, in the production.
